One of the most asked question: how do I remove or change the 'Welcome to the Frontpage' message in Joomla 1.5".

With Joomla 1.5 the frontpage title is a page title like any other page title and can be set as follows:
Select Menu in the admin backend and click on the desired Page menu item (in the above case would be the 'Home' menu) (Menus - > Main Menu -> Home) then on the right side of the screen (parameters)you have the ability to set a page title for each 'page'. It's in the system parameters section.
You may leave the field blank and set the option to not show the title or enter your own text for the title.
