I made my Blogs with this package Expert Word Press. Expert Wordpress is a complete package of a Wordpress Blog, you download ONE single file, upload it to your desired position on your hosting account, extract it there and install it. The package contains the WP software, many plugins and the template and is installed preconfigured as far as possible.

Just recently there are appearing free Wordpress Templates with an integrated option panel to modify the layout and colors of your blog without the need to find the elements and tags in a CSS file.

I am using only Wordpress for my blogs, and have found three WP-installations with option panels.
