Many people don't know how to setup a clickable correct signature in a forum

And I found that the help for that is mostly hard to find within the signature editor.

Chances to get a visit to your site are so much better when your links are clickable, just my own experience. Simply quicker than copy/paste.The text in the middle 'desired link text' is the displayed text to your liking Note: the tags for font color and size are not always allowed by forum admins. Instead of color names you could also write the color numbers if you know them, I suggest to google and use a 'color picker' (many available free to download)

Forum signature without banner:

 [url=http://www.yoursite.com]enter desired link text[/url]

You can mark your text being displayed and format with the help of editor toolbar buttons with another color or font size (please check for compliance with forum rules).

Forum signature with clickable banner:

Check if allowed by the forum rules
